*ADVANCE CASH PAYMENT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL SERVICES.
*CHARGES ARE BASED ON TIME AND NOT ON NUMBER OF PETS. IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN TWO PETS WE RECOMMEND LONGER THAN 30 MINUTES PER VISIT IN ORDER TO ALLOW AMPLE CARE FOR ALL YOUR PETS.
PARKING FEES FOR CONDOMINIUMS SHALL BE ADDED TO OUR NORMAL RATES
*HOLIDAYS: ADD $10.00 TO ALL VISITS AND SERVICES ON THE FOLLOWING HOLIDAYS:
- EASTER
- MEMORIAL DAY
- 4TH OF JULY
- LABOR DAY
- THANKSGIVING DAY
- CHRISTMAS EVE
- CHRISTMAS DAY
- NEW YEARS EVE
- NEW YEARS DAY
CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND CREDITS:
* We adhere to a strict policy of NO OVERBOOKING. Therefore, once you have contracted our services, we will turn away business in order to accommodate your schedule.
CANCELLATIONS FOR DAILY WALKS:
* 3 business hours notice is required to guarantee schedule changes and receive a full credit for unused service. If non compliant you will be charged for a regular visit.
Example:
* If a sitter arrives for your visit and you determine you do not want a visit, or your pet is not there, you will be charged for your regular visit.
CANCELLATIONS FOR OVERNIGHT PET SITTING:
* The client must cancel within 3 days prior to departure. Cancellation fees are strictly imposed during regular days and Holiday periods.
If non compliant, 50% of the total cost is non refundable.
